  • 126.5 :D :D

    126.5 :D yay
    im so happy ive lost some more weight!!
    ive been really busy this week i barely ate anything.
    today i was really sick and was vomiting all day. some sort of stomach bug i think. it has deterred me from all food :D

    going to go to the gym tomorrow if i dont feel too crap.
    havent been able to do my fitness plan as i have had SO much work its not funny.
    should have no excuses i know.. but i just cant fit it in yet, from next week though - its on.

  • Intake

    Been busy x 10 million lately.

    Down to 128.5 :)

    Intake today:

    B - half cup museli + banana, strawberries and blueberries mixed in + skim milk
    S - carrot and celery juice
    L - garden salad
    S - green apple and a cup of jasmine tea
    D - v.small portion of lamb curry with heaps of vegetables
    S - 1 scoop i/cream (couldnt help it)
    Water - 2.5L

    Rules im sticking by:
    -muesli for b/fast - it fills me up till at least 11am
    -no bread/carbs during the day
    -carbs if i have to at dinner (cause of the boyfriend etc)

    Will try to update more.

  • Fitness Plan

    Still sitting on 129...
    My period just came today - so im not expecting any weight loss and only expecting weight gain and bloating.
    Errrgh its horrible.

    But anyway ive made a fitness and exercise plan to get my butt into gear. I just joined a newer and bigger gym and their class timetables are great :)

    Mondays - Evening Cycle class
    Tuesdays - My own routine in the evening (usually consists of 30 mins cardio and then some light weights and lunges)
    Wednesdays - Midday Cycle class
    Thursdays - Rest Day (usually busy day at work so i know i'll be too buggered to go exercise)
    Fridays - Own routine in the evening
    Saturdays - Rest Day (or if I have skipped a session in the week I will attend a Pilates class in the morning, or a Cycle class in the evening)
    Sundays - Morning cycle class, or an evening cycle class (depends whether I have gone out on saturday night or not :D )

    My aim is to increase my cardio workouts during my routine days from 30 mins to 60 mins. Ill have to try by adding 5 mins on to each workout.
    I'll also try to do more pilates classes once im a lot fitter and thinner.

  • 129

    Sorry ive been so busy I havent had a chance to update.

    Currently 129 - ive had some good days and some bad days lately. Havent been to the gym for 5 days though :S
    I need to go tomorrow.

    I think my period is coming too dammit which means im going to pile on 2kg or so, and any diet/exercise efforts but in wont have any effect on my body. Never does, it makes me so irritated.

  • 129.8

    Today went well considering it was my first day.
    B - an apple and a mandarin (80?)
    S - cup of black tea
    L - salad of mixed lettuce, tomatoes, carrot and cucumber + cup of lentils (100?)
    S - 3 licorice all sorts :( - (50?)
    S - green tea
    D - cup roast vegetables + 2 slices lean roast lamb (200?)

    430 total approx.

    Pretty good i reckon. I did lots of walking around at the shops today too so i hope i burnt off a few cals!
    I stepped on the scale about 10 mins ago - 129.8 :) so im happy ive lost a bit of weight already!

    Tomorrow is a busy busy day at work. But my plan is:

    6.30am - apple and mandarin for brekkie
    7am - gym for one hr
    8.45 am - need to be in the office by this time
    10am - cup coffee/tea
    10.45am - carrot and celery sticks
    12.30pm - salad for lunch
    3pm - watermelon and strawberries
    5pm - cup tea
    7pm - dinner - pork and salad
